We have a No Refund Policy.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Customer needs to send the product back, and a replacement will be shipped.
Replacement Warranty:
- 7 Days to 6 Months Replacement Warranty is available.
- Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only.
- Swollen and burned batteries are not covered under warranty.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the replacement approval or rejection.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or damaged products not caused by us.
- Products purchased on sale or clearance.
